This journal reviews a fruit that is very popular in Indonesia, especially during Ramadan, namely dates. Dates have a myriad of benefits that not many people know. These dates have very good durability so they are not susceptible to decay. Therefore, in this study, researchers tried to develop an analysis of the feasibility of dates in terms of texture and based on their color using digital image processing.
