HUBUNGAN POLA MAKAN DENGAN ANEMIA PADA PEKERJA WANITA DI PT. INDAH KIAT PULP AND PAPER (IKPP) Tbk. PERAWANG

Abstract
Anemia adalah suatu keadaan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) darah lebih rendah dari nilai normal kelompok yang bersangkutan. Secara global 1,62 miliar orang mengalami anemia dimana prevalensi terbanyak berada pada wanita usia produktif sebesar 30,2%. Riskesdas 2013 memperlihatkan 21,7% orang mengalami anemia dengan proporsi 23,9% pada perempuan. Survei yang dilakukan di PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper tahun 2016 didapatkan 52 orang (87%) yang terkena anemia. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan dengan anemia pada pekerja wanita di PT. IKPP Tbk. Perawang. Jenis penelitian adalah analisa kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi berjumlah 698 orang, sampel 60 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh pekerja wanita mengalami anemia sebanyak 51 orang (85%) dan memiliki pola makan kurang sebanyak 31 orang (51,7%). Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pola makan dan anemia pada pekerja wanita di PT. IKPP Tbk. Perawang. Dari uji statistic Chi Square diperoleh nilai p value 0.011 artinya p<0,05 maka Ha diterima.
Anemia is a condition where the level of hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood is lower than group normal value to the person concerned. In globally 1,62 billion people are anemic which is most prevalent in women of reproductive age by 30,2%. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper 2016 found consists of 52 people (87%) which anemic. The aim of this research to find-out the correlation between feeding pattern with anemia on worker women in PT. IKPP Tbk. Perawang 2016. This study was a quantitative analysis study used cross sectional strategy. Population of this research consists of 698 people, sample consists of 60 people by purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data in this study using univariat and bivariate analysis. The result were obtained majority of Woman’s Worker are anemic as many as 51 people (85%) and less feeding pattern consists of 31 people (51,7%). There was a significant association between feeding pattern and Anemia in PT. IKPP Tbk. Perawang. From the statistical test Chi Square was obtained p-value 0.011, the Ha accepted.
