HUBUNGAN PRINSIP DAN JENIS BALUTAN DENGAN PENERAPAN TEKNIK MOIST WOUND HEALING

Abstract
Salah satu komplikasi yang paling sering terjadi dilapangan pada penderita diabetes melitus yaitu adanya ulkus diabetikum atau gangren dan biasanya penyakit ini menyerang penderita pada usia produktif yaitu antara umur 30-50 tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan prinsip dan jenis balutan dengan penerapan tehnik moist wound healing. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode cross secsional. Sebanyak 31 responden terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara total sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Dari hasil uji statistik univariat diketahui sebanyak 74,2% salah melakukan prinsip moist wound healing, 74,2% sering menggunakan balutan moist wound healing dan 61,3% melakukan tehnik moist wound healing. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan antara prinsip dan balutan dengan tehnik Moist Wound Healing. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tehnik Moist Wound Healing perlu ditingkatkan aplikasinya terutama terkait dengan prinsip dan balutan.
One of the most frequent complications of diabetes mellitus is diabetic ulcers or gangrene and the disease usually attacks the people at productive age between 30-50 years of age. The aims of this research to know relations principles and the type of dressing with the application of moist wound healing techniques. This study was a quantitative using cross sectional method. There were 31 respondents participated in this research. Data were collected through administering questionnaire with total sampling technique. Then, data were analysed through univariate and bivariate. The result of univariate statistic test revealed that as much as 74.2% wrong practice the principles, 74.2% frequently used a moist wound healing dressings and 61.3% perform moist wound healing techniques. Based on bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between principles and techniques bandage with moist wound healing. This riset showed that moist wound healing techniques needed to be improved, especially the application of principles and dressing.
