MODEL PENANGANAN ANEMIA WANITA USIA SUBUR SUKU ANAK DALAM (SAD) PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI KECAMATAN AIR HITAM, KABUPATEN SAROLANGUN, PROVINSI JAMBI TAHUN 2021

Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) mengalami beberapa masalah kesehatan masyarakat, salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang ada di SAD adalah anemia. Anemia pada wanita usia subur menentukan kesehatan dan kelangsungan hidup generasi selanjutnya. Prevalensi anemia di Indonesia tercatat sebanyak 23.7%, pada perempuan sebanyak 27.2% dan pada usia 15-24 tahun, 25-34 tahun, 25-44 tahun, dan 45-54 tahun berturut-turut sebanyak 32%, 15.1%, 16.7, dan 18.8%. Ibu hamil anemia yang memperoleh PMT pada usia wanita usia subur (15-49 tahun) di Provinsi Jambi berjumlah 2,64%.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dihasilkannya model penanganan anemia wanita usia subur SAD pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dari aspek penanggulangan penyakit infeksi, perilaku menstruasi, dan asupan gizi di Kec. Air Hitam, Kab. Sarolangun. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Mix Models yaitu menggabungkan antara metode kuantitatif yang diperkuat dengan metode kualitatif. Metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif melalui pendekatan cross sectional, Variabel-variabel kuantitatif diperoleh yang bertujuan memperoleh Model penanggulangan Anemia pada WUS SAD diperjelas dengan eksplore data melalui wawancara mendalam tentang kondisi penanggulangan Anemia dan kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara kebijakan gizi terhadap akses pelayanan gizi dengan nilai 0.865 memiliki pengaruh positif dan adanya pengaruh akses pelayanan gizi terhadap program penanggulangan anemia dengan nilai 0.909 memiliki pengaruh positif. Nilai keeratan variabel kebijakan gizi (X3= 0.695, X3.2= 0.929, X3.4= 0.787, X3.7= 0.776), Akses pelayanan gizi (X4= 0.742, X4.1= 0.806, X4.3= 0.810, X4.4= 0.789, X4.5= 0.910, X4.6= 0.922, X4.7= 0.918) dan program penanggulangan anemia (Y1= 1.000, Y1.3= 1.000). Kebijakan gizi dan akses pelayanan gizi dapat meningkatkan capaian program penanggulangan anemia.

ABSTRACT
Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) experience several public health problems, one of which is a public health problem in SAD is anemia. Anemia in women of childbearing age determines the health and survival of the next generation. The prevalence of anemia in Indonesia was recorded at 23.7%, in women as much as 27.2% and at the age of 15-24 years, 25-34 years, 25-44 years, and 45-54 years, respectively, as many as 32%, 15.1%, 16.7 and 18.8%. The number of anemia sufferers in rural areas is higher than in urban areas. Anemic pregnant women who received PMT at the age of women of childbearing age (15-49 years) in Provinsi Jambi amounted to 2.64%. The purpose of this research is to produce a model for handling anemia in women of childbearing age during the Covid-19 pandemic from the aspects of controlling infectious diseases, menstrual behavior, and nutritional intake in the district. Air Hitam, Kab. Sarolangun. This study uses Mix Models, which combines quantitative methods that are strengthened by qualitative methods. Quantitative and qualitative methods through a cross sectional approach. Quantitative variables were obtained with the aim of obtaining a model for the prevention of anemia in WUS SAD, which was clarified by exploring data through in-depth interviews about the condition of anemia control and the need for health services during the Covid-19 pandemic. The analysis conducted using SmartPLS shows that there is an influence between nutrition policy on access to nutrition services with a value of 0.865 having a positive influence and the influence of access to nutrition services on anemia prevention programs with a value of 0.909 having a positive influence. The value of the closeness of nutrition policy variables (X3= 0.695, X3.2= 0.929, X3.4= 0.787, X3.7= 0.776), access to nutrition services (X4= 0.742, X4.1= 0.806, X4.3= 0.810, X4 .4= 0.789, X4.5= 0.910, X4.6= 0.922, X4.7= 0.918) and anemia prevention program (Y1= 1,000, Y1.3= 1,000). Nutrition policies and access to nutrition services can increase the achievement of anemia prevention programs
