EFEKTIFITAS TERAPI KOMBINASI JUS BAYAM DAN TOMAT TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN IBU HAMIL

Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) (2012), pregnancies with anemia problems in the world have a prevalence of 41.8% while in Indonesia in 2018 there was an increase in the incidence of anemia in pregnancy in Indonesia to 48.9% (Depkes RI, 2018). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the combination of spinach (Amaranthus) and tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) juice on increasing hemoglobin levels of anemic pregnant women. The type of this research is quantitative research with a research design that is Quasi Experiment (Quasi Experiment) using or pre and post design. In this study, a sample of 30 respondents as the experimental and control groups. This study uses a parametric test, namely the dependent t test with the condition that the data has been tested for normality. The results of this study stated that there was an effectiveness of giving a combination of spinach (Amaranthus) and tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) juice on increasing hemoglobin levels of anemic pregnant women where p value < α, 0.000 < 0.05. So Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, so it was concluded that there was a significant difference in the average Hb levels before and after administration of the combination of spinach and tomato juice. It is hoped that the results of the study can be information to add insight and knowledge, especially regarding anemia in pregnancy so that it can detect anemia in pregnancy early or to reduce the risk of anemia in pregnancy.

ABSTRAK
Data World Health Organization (WHO) (2012), kehamilan dengan masalah anemia di dunia prevalensinya sebesar 41,8% adapun di Indonesia pada tahun 2018 terjadi peningkatan kejadian anemia dalam kehamilan di Indonesia menjadi 48,9% (Depkes RI, 2018). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian terapi jus kombinasi bayam (Amaranthus) dan tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L.) terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil anemia. Adapun jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yaitu Eksperimen Semu (Quasi Eksperiment) dengan menggunakan atau pre and post design. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel sebanyak 30 responden sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji Parametrik yaitu Uji t Dependen dengan syarat data telah di Uji Normalitas. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa, terdapat efektivitas pemberian jus kombinasi bayam (Amaranthus) dan tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L.) terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil anemia dimana p value < α yaitu, 0,000 < 0,05. Maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga disimpulkan ada perbedaan yang bermakna pada rata-rata kadar Hb sebelum dan sesudah pemberian jus kombinasi bayam dan tomat . Diharapkan hasil penelitian dapat menjadi informasi untuk menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan khususnya mengenai anemia dalam kehamilan sehinga dapat mendeteksi secara dini anemia dalam kehamilan ataupun untuk mengurangi resiko anemia dalam kehamilan.
