Covid-19 has become a serious challenge, especially for the hospital industry in Indonesia, to continue to improve its services to protect its patients. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of health care service quality on Covid-19 patient satisfaction at Gunung Jati Cirebon Hospital. So that this research is explanatory using quantitative analysis through simple regression processed using SPSS statistics 25. After analyzing the data taken from 63 respondents who are Covid-19 patients at RSUD Gunung Jati Cirebon, this study succeeded in proving that the quality of health services has a positive influence on the satisfaction of Covid-19 patients.
