The subjects of the research are grade VII students at one of the SMPN in Pesisir Selatan Regency consisting of two groups, namely the lecture media group (offline) and the animated video media. (online), with a total of 40 students. Data analysis used independent t-test or Mann-Whitney and paired t-test or Wilcoxon test and McNemar test at 99% CI. The results showed that students' knowledge increased after receiving education, both in the offline and online groups. There was a difference in knowledge (p=0.001), milk consumption (p=0.000), between students who were given nutrition education offline and online.
