Abstract
From 1968 until 2012 the World Health Organization (WHO) noted the state of Indonesia as a country with cases of dengue fever were the highest in Southeast Asia. In 2015, dengue cases continue to rise in the working area of the health center Kenali Besar, this led some villages in the area of workplace health centers recognize the great including dengue endemic area. Type of research is quantitative research with cross sectional method. Samples taken in this study correspond to proportional random sampling as many as 95 respondents.The results of the analysis of a significant relationship between the clean water reservoirs with the incidence of dengue fever in the region health centers Kenali Besar (p value = 0.006 p≤ 0.05). There is a significant relationship between the provision of private trash with the incidence of dengue fever in the region health centers Kenali Besar (p value = 0.002 p≤ 0.05). There is a significant relationship between the actions of 3M Plus with the incidence of dengue fever in the region health centers Kenali Besar (p value = 0.048 p≤ 0.05).There is a relationship between the water infrastructure, the provision of personal trash and acts 3M Plus the incidence of dengue in the region health centers Kenali Besar Recognize the Great.
