Pregnant women are one of the most at-risk groups when exposed to COVID-19. In recent times, it was reported that a number of pregnant women who were confirmed positive for COVID-19 experienced severe symptoms and even died. If a pregnant woman is positive for Covid-19, it can have an impact on her pregnancy such as premature birth, maternal death, neonatal death, and low birth weight. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the perception of pregnant women and postpartum women towards the Covid 19 vaccination in the independent practice midwives of Padang Panjang City. The design of this research is observational analytic with cross sectional method. The population in this study were all pregnant women and postpartum women at BPM Padang Panjang. Multivariate analysis was obtained from 3 variables, there were 2 variables, namely knowledge and education, from the results of the analysis it was found that the knowledge variable was the most dominant variable, p value = 0.011. So it can be concluded that the most dominant variable related to vaccination is the knowledge variable. It is recommended to health workers, especially midwives, to be able to provide comprehensive information to pregnant women and their families about the usefulness, safety and all the latest information regarding the vaccine-19. Besides providing information, midwives are also expected to provide motivation to pregnant women so that pregnant women are willing to be vaccinated
